“Celebrating Families in Phillips Festival”

Residents of the Phillips Neighborhood joined together to celebrate ethnic diversity and affirmation of family at the second annual Celebrating Families in Phillips Festival. The Health and Safety Fair, sponsored by the Phillips Partnership, provided residents with information and resources on living healthier lifestyles including blood pressure checks, domestic abuse awareness and parenting information.
